Fees Insurance

Fees and Insurance

The orthodontic fee depends on the complexity of the treatment, solutions utilized, and length of treatment. We will present fees and payment options at the end of the first visit.

Family Friendly Financing Options
In these days of economic uncertainty, there are still some decisions that can be made that pay dividends long into the future. Braces are one of those investments that will remain with young people for their entire life and can open countless doors and provide unending opportunities.

It is difficult if not impossible to put a price on the self-confidence and self-esteem that comes with a smile that is the result of a successful treatment. The team at OLV will work with you in order to deliver the highest quality treatment, with financial solutions to fit most family's budgets.

The 6% Savings Solution. By paying the full amount at the beginning of treatment, OLV will deduct 6% from the total amount.

• The Monthly Payment Plan. Beginning with an affordable down payment, OLV provides an interest-free monthly payment plan for the duration of this budget-friendly program which is the most popular option for families.

• The CARE CREDIT Extended Payment Program. OLV will arrange for a longer-term payment plan for families that need a lower monthly payment extended over a longer period of time. While there is an affordable interest rate associated with this option, this Program remains an option for families who want to proceed with treatment, and are more comfortable with a lower payment.

We also offer Visa and Mastercard acceptance and Direct debit for your convenience.

We will submit claims to your carrier and, if possible, accept assignment of benefits. Any unpaid insurance balance will be your responsibility. Please let us know your insurance information when calling, or bring the information with you on your first visit.
